1. Introduction

Welcome to sis6x, an online gaming and sports betting platform built specifically for the Bangladesh market. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and sis6x. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the sis6x platform, you unconditionally accept all of the terms set out in this document.

These terms apply to all services offered by sis6x including live casino tables, cricket betting, slot games, crash games, and any other products made available on the platform now or in the future. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on sis6x. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. To open an account, you must:

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify sis6x support immediately at [email protected]. sis6x will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the user has failed to safeguard their credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

sis6x supports a range of local Bangladesh payment methods for the convenience of our players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following methods are currently available:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmation.
• Internet banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are supported where available.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards are accepted subject to issuing bank approval.

sis6x offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period specified. Expired bonus offers cannot be retroactively applied to an account.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonuses. The rollover amount and eligible game contribution rates are detailed in each specific promotion. Standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and are not applicable to progressive jackpot contributions unless explicitly stated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on sis6x are final once confirmed by the system. The following rules govern all gaming activity on the platform:

• In the event of a technical failure (server outage, disconnection, software error) during an active game round or bet, sis6x will use its logs to determine the outcome. The platform's records are the definitive source of truth for all disputed outcomes.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to specific market suspension rules. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at sis6x's discretion if pre-match odds were applied in error.
• For live casino games provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe), the game provider's own rules take precedence in any dispute relating to game mechanics or outcomes.
• sis6x does not extend credit to players. All bets must be funded from a player's available real-money balance. Attempting to place a bet exceeding available funds will be automatically declined by the platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Money laundering, structuring, or any other attempt to use sis6x for financial crime. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's house edge.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus exploitation through coordinated multi-account strategies.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC, impersonating another individual, or operating an account on behalf of a third party without explicit written consent from sis6x.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sis6x platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of sis6x or its licensed third-party providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any sis6x content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sis6x platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sis6x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses.

sis6x's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any single dispute shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct on the part of sis6x.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

sis6x takes the privacy of its users seriously. All personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms, you also consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to Terms
